For the experienced client, who possesses the necessary resources to fulfill an order,
BUTTER & JAM offers essential services at contract prices .
* ESSENTIAL ORDER PREREQUISITES

* in order to provide the essential services only, the client is responsible for providing the correct information regarding quantities,
models, materials/finishes, relevant technical details, composition(s)—if applicable, and drawings— if/when applicable.
This is the necessary, basic information for submitting an order for pricing and execution .
Essential Services are limited to the following :

. EVALUATION + CONSULTATION .
​
​this process carefully evaluates the client’s expectations, while assessing the needs, feasibility,
and requirements of the request. Once evaluated, it is critical to match the correct products and suppliers with
the request to ensure the desired result .
The follow-up consultation provides guidance and feedback to ensure that the client is directed to make
confident decisions that meet their expectations .

. ORDER FACILITATION .
​
​the client receives details of the order, which is limited to processing, execution, order confirmation ,
and follow-up until its release .
. INTERNAL ORDER LOGISTICS .
​
​entails the following :
​
- receipt of the order-release notification ;
- arranging the collection of goods from the manufacturer
to the B&J warehouse ;
- checking and storing of goods [for no more than 30 days] ;
- preparation of packing list for export ;
- hand-off to the client for collection ;
- supervision of loading to the client-provided truck assigned for collection .

As any actions beyond the point of hand-off are considered external logistics,
additional arrangements thereafter can be provided by B&J at the discretion of the client for a supplemental fee .
Conforming and agreeing to the Essential Services assures that the client receives the bottom-line contract pricing .
