provides support and appropriate options to clients who are unable to provide
the essential information to complete an order. We offer order curation, stylistic direction,
and guidance to make suitable manufacturer selections .

. VISITATION & ACCOMPANIMENT .
in-person visits can often provide further clarity on the selection and quality of available goods;
however, due to the restrictive nature of visiting manufacturers, the visits
(and possible accompaniment) are arranged by B&J .

this service is for clients requesting/requiring arrangements for any visits to any design-relevant sites,
which may require additional/supplementary bookings .

the additional service of accompaniment may be required or requested in cases where further support is needed
to understand the manufacturer’s capabilities, quality, and suitability .
. VISUAL DOCUMENTATION .
when documentation cannot be provided, we can arrange the relevant conceptual imagery,
presentation drawings, and/or contract drawings depending on the circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
vision sketches/concept sketches
conceived visuals portraying the general concept within the contextual setting

presentation visuals
formalized sketches, 3Ds, photographic images, and technically drafted imagery for the purpose of illustrating
the order in its entirety

the required drawings for pricing and manufacturing .
In some cases, the documentation of the manufacturer graphically differs from the conventional technical drawings;
therefore, a second set may be required :
